I have been tagged!

I hope I am doing this right but Jen tagged me so here goes.
1.  I was a clogger (dancing) since I was 7 and the last time I performed was when I was 26.  Just to explain I was not in my right mind!
2.  I love to eat those waxy chocolate mini donuts for breakfast as long as they have been in the freezer, or a burnt chocolate pop tart.
3.  I hate all seafood but for some reason I really like tuna fish sandwiches.
4.  I really really really hate public speaking of any kind, including saying the prayer in RS or Sunday school.
5.  I love doing yoga and going to the gym, it is the best stress reliever.
6.  My eyesight is so bad I cannot even get lasik done, there is not a surgery that has been invented that will fix my eyes!!
7.  My glasses that I wear (only to and from bed) only have one ear piece and fall off any time I look down but I refuse to spend the money to get new ones.

Here are the rules.
#1 Link to the person that tagged you.
#2 Post the rules on your blog.
#3 Share seven random and/or weird facts about yourself on your blog.
#4 Tag seven random people at the end of your post, and include links to their blogs.
# 5 Leave a comment on their blogs so that they know they have been tagged

Okay Jen!!!

So I guess Jen is the Blog police, she informed me that I haven't blogged yet this week, so I dont want to get in trouble.  We just are not very exciting around here and I don't have as much insight as she does=)   We had a fun valentines  day we always have a family dinner.  We ordered heart shaped pizza's from papa murphy's.  The next day I was in bed all day with some lovely stomach bug, luckily no one else got it.  Brian and I were able to go the temple on saturday!! Yeah we have been meaning to go for a long time I guess the stars finally aligned!! We are really going to try to go once a month!  I had the embarrassing task of taking Boston (the dog) to her last click a trick training class today which she failed.  What a doof!! She did everything I they teach you not to have your dog do.   So we will be making up some classes lucky me.  She must of had some beef with me today.
We are enjoying our thaw from our deep freeze we can finally see our grass and are starting to find some of the wooden eyes and noses from our snowmen we made in NOVEMBER!!!!  Even though it is only 40 degrees the sun feels like heaven, we have been wearing short sleeve shirts! Ahhhh spring has to be close!  Oh and Jen I am still waiting for your phone call!!

Daddy daughter date

Brynleigh and Brian went to a dance with activity days last week.  They had a blast.  They learned to do the waltz and the electric slide.  I am in activity days, so I was so lucky to be able to watch so cute.

We Thank Thee Oh God for a Prophet

Today we had the amazing opportunity to go to President Hinckley's viewing.  I decided it would be such a shame if I didn't go since we live so close.  It was truly great experience and one that I wanted my children to remember.  Although we had to wait for 3 hours it was worth it.  It was so peaceful to sit in the conference center and watch footage of our beloved Prophet.  His lovely daughters also took the time to come in and talk to everyone and express their gratitude for all that came.  They also laughed and said that their dad would say how silly it was that everyone was there to see him, and that he would tell us all that we had lots of other work to do.  I was blown away at the amount of people that were there.  He is so loved by all through the generations.  The moment you walked into the hall of prophets the mood and spirit immediately changed.  I did not even have to tell my children to be reverent, they just were.  What a wonderful warm feeling it was.  He was such a great Prophet, loving, funny, wise and lead our church so well in his thirteen years.  You can't look at any picture of him and not smile and know of the love he had for our Savior and all of us.  I will miss hearing his soft spoken voice.  What a reunion in heaven it must be.
